What benefits do I get as a member?
Trade service member benefits include exclusive pricing, personalized services, custom sourcing, and complimentary design consultation. Members also have access to exclusive items, such as our reproductions of classic pieces. All members are assigned
their own account manager who is there to answer any and all questions, provide custom quotes, and assist with order shipment specifications.
Does it cost anything to join?
Joining our trade program is completely free.
Do I qualify for this program?
Are you a designer, architect or even a business owner? We will just need some proof and you will qualify. Forms of validation include valid Membership to a major design organization (ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC); Interior Design Certificate, Interior
Design/Architecture Degree, Business License, Resale License.
How quickly before I am approved for the program?
Approvals normally can happen within 24 hours of applying. Once approved, you will be assigned an account manager, who will reach out to you and assist you with your inquiry.
How do I place orders and receive my discounts?
Placing an order and receiving discounts is easy. You will work with your dedicated design consultant to place all orders and receive your exclusive discounts. Your design consultant will provide you with a custom quote that will allow you to see your
exclusive trade pricing. Once you are ready to place your order, just let your design consultant know and they will guide you through the process. It's quick and easy, as shopping should be!
We accept all forms of payment including credit cards, check, and bank wire transfer. You will always be provided with a copy of your invoice for your own billing records.
At this time, we are obligated to collect sales tax for deliveries within NJ. If you provide us with a resale certificate we will not have to collect sales tax in NJ.

How do I receive a quote on custom items?
Just send us an email with the items you are interested in, the quantities, options and delivery address. We will normally provide a quote within 24 hours. Need it sooner or need help with sourcing, give us a call and we will be happy to help.
Do you offer fabric/material swatches?
Yes. We can offer material swatches for almost all of our items. Ask your design consultant about the swatches you would like to see
What if I live outside the United States?
Inmod is global. We ship everywhere and we're pros at international logistics. We have customers all over the world. We have great accounts with freight forwarders to try and help you save on shipping costs.
Do I have to be a designer to join?
This program is open to all members of the trade including designers, architects, business/restaurant owners.
Do I also have access to rewards program?
Since you are receiving best in class exclusive discounts you also will not qualify for the rewards program
Can I rent our loan furniture?
Depending on the project, we may be able to accommodate. Please reach out to us and we will see what we can do for you.
