I had high hopes for this table. I loved the sleek, simple design. However, the veneer top scratches VERY easily. There are already two scratches on the table after one week of use. I’m really disappointed in this purchase.

I purchased in the black color. The top is a soft black, not overly glossy. It's not your typical look either with the white eiffel base chairs also purchased from here. They all arrived on the same day too.

Beautiful wood table especially if you love that mid-century style. There are no issues with the amount of chairs that can fit. 6 is plenty, but I doubt I could squeeze in 8 if I needed to. On a positive note, this is an upgrade for my dining room.
